Salon Etiquette

RESERVATIONS

Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are recommended to ensure you get your desired day and time, with your preferred stylist.

ARRIVAL TIME

We greatly appreciate your punctuality. If you are running late please call or text 540-200-5851 to let us know ahead of time. Keep in mind, your arrival time will likely cut into the length of your service. Please plan on arriving a minimum of 5 minutes before your service time.

DEPOSITS

We require a credit card on file for any service. The only time you may be charged is if you cancel within 24 hours of your service or if you are a no-show. In this case, you may be charged the entire service amount.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for services. If you are discontent with your service advise your stylist or coordinator within 7 days of service to resolve the issue. Lightly used or defective products may be exchanged for another product or you may receive store credit within 30 days of purchase 

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice

  Appointments canceled within 24 hours:
  • First Cancellation - We understand unforeseen circumstances happen. 50% fee may be waived due to illness, injury, or accident 
  • Second Cancellation - 50% of services booked will be charged to the credit card on file
  • Third Cancellation - 99% of services booked will be charged to the credit card on file

  Appointments that are No-Call, No-Show
  • First Time - 50% of services booked will be charged to the credit card on file
  • Second Time - 99% of services booked will be charged to the credit card on file

GRATUITY

Gratuities are not included in the price of services. For your convenience, we accept payment in the form of cash, check, and credit/debit card at the time of check-out.
